Terms of service agreement:

Any member using HomeBusinessMovies (hereafter HBM) products/services does agree to the following terms and conditions:

• To use the products/services in a manner for which they were intended
• To refrain from the use of SPAM which contains the products/services of HBM
• To refrain from any editing/changes to the products/services after purchase
• To hold HBM harmless for any culpability and/or business losses that may occur
• To accept that HBM provides no guarantee to effectiveness of the product/services

Any member found in violation of the above terms and conditions will have their account terminated and will relinquish the fees paid prior to the termination. In addition, each member agrees that HBM can, upon proof of violations, terminate any account without prior warning, and that any losses/culpability cannot be extended towards HBM.
